We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Germany
  • Belgium
  • France

2. Shipping Costs

We do not offer free shipping at this time. A flat rate of €4.50 applies to all orders, regardless of the total purchase amount.

3. Delivery Times

The Netherlands: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Germany, Belgium, and France: Estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance, local postal delays).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

We are not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping destination.

 

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with the carrier, and if the package is confirmed as lost, we will either send a replacement or offer a refund, depending on stock availability.

While we strive to deliver within the estimated time, delays may happen due to external factors like weather conditions or customs processes. We recommend waiting a few extra days beyond the estimated delivery time before reaching out to us.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and submit a Refund & Return request. Be sure to provide pictures of the damaged product(s) and packaging. We will offer a solution based on the circumstances.
