Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please use the Return & Refund form. Please note:

• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 1-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please take pictures of the packaging and the damaged product(s), and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.

6. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

• Opened, damaged, or used skincare products
• Gift cards
